As a Legendary Club member, you can receive aReferral Silver Week, while your friends and family enjoy of a great vacation and services traveling at Member´s preferential rates. All you have to do is refer two (2) couples to stay at any of the Hard Rock Hotels listed in the Declarations of your Affiliation Membership Agreement. |

This week is granted when the member refers 2 couples of friends or family (not registered in the membership) using World Use Weeks. The couples must be 35 years or older (at least one of them). The Referral Silver Week applies with a preferential rate of $1,050 usd for the year 2015 (this rate may increase subject to the Consumer Price Index of the United States of America plus three (3) percentage points maximum). The Referral Silver Week includes seven (7) nights, eight (8) days of accommodation exclusively in a Legendary Deluxe Suite for two (2) persons under the All Inclusive Collection. Additional persons in the same room must pay the corresponding preferential Legendary rate. It includes 750 Resort Credit. This week can be used during the months of January (including the nights from 04th to 31st), April (except Holy Week, Passover Week), May, June (including the nights from 01st to 15th), August (including the nights from 16th to 31st), September, October, November and December (including the nights from 1st to 23rd). It will be valid for 18 months from the date the second referral couple checked out. This week does not apply for the Concierge Level. It includes ground transportation from/to the airport. This week can only be used by the owners and/or beneficiaries of the membership. This week applies with the golf program you have in your Legendary membership, the member must request the golf program at the time of making the reservation. The member may travel at the same time with the referrals by using the Referral Silver Week. |

The two (2) referred couples will pay the current Member’s rates according to the preferential Legendary rates. The minimum referral stay must be seven (7) nights, eight (8) days in a Legendary Deluxe Suite at the Hard Rock hotels listed in the member’s Declarations of the Membership Agreement. The two (2) World Use weeks have to be validated (stay) in the same calendar year. These weeks are not accumulative for future years. This program does not apply to refer Legendary members and/or beneficiaries mentioned in the Affiliation membership agreement. The ground transportation Airport-Hotel-Airport will be provided according to the membership level and according to the indicated on the Affiliation membership Agreement. This program does not apply with other promotions offered by the Reservations Department. The member must request the Referral’s reservations by calling the Reservations Department mentioning the Referral Program to: This promotion cannot be disseminated in any social network and/or electronic media. The Club reserves the right to discontinue this promotion any time or in case that the terms are infringed. The program conditions could be modified without previous notice. |
